Warranty “ICON warrants material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery to the Customer provided that the defects have been caused by the use of repeatedly faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty is granted for a period of 24 months, starting at the Delivery Date. The exclusive remedy of the Customer for any breach of this warranty shall be the replacement of the same model and quantity. Breaches of warranty will require notification to ICON in writing, stating in reasonable detail the nature of the breach, such notice to be given not later than 10 days after having become aware of the facts constituting the breach. All other remedies which may be available under the applicable statutory law are hereby waived and excluded. Individual Product returns from the market will be serviced by the Customer through its service organisation (and at its cost) in the different countries.”
