This was a fun project. It is easy to fall for the grace and style of these cars. However, only a true martyr would roll one daily. They drive like a truck with sponges for shock absorbers. We set out to honor the grace and history of the car, but then engineered modern systems to take the design into the future. The end result is a car that can really be driven and enjoyed in the modern world.

While it appears stock, the dash is highly modified. Custom gauges with original restored faces, in dash A/C vents, cruise control and many other functions have been added. All new wood. Custom steering column, stock steering wheel wrapped in leather. A great timeless design, subtly evolved.
Stock chassis was modified with an independent front, four link 9" rear. Four wheel Brembo brakes, hydroboosted. Rack & pinion power steering. Chassis powdercoated black.
A 550 HP GM aluminum fuel injected LS7 sits low, enabling excellent handling. 50/50 weight distribution. Coil-over suspension, a GM 4L85E transmission.... all combines to provide you with a stout, simple and reliable ride. Note the custom valve covers (hiding the coil packs) with RR badges.
